The first step of our comprehensive program is a free screening (for ages 8 and older) where we stop and ask two key questions: "Why is this student struggling in certain academic areas?" and "Why is this student succeeding in others?"

 
         


    If we find visual concerns that may require further investigation, we refer to a developmental optometrist. In our learning center we use Dr. Stanley A. Appelbaum, recognized for his treatment of children with behavioral or learning-related vision problems.
