		The Bridges Learning Center of Annapolis develops the intelligence needed for academic success in students of all ages. The Bridges program is built around the Guilford/ Meeker Structure of Intellect paradigm (SOI), which has been proven and replicated by more than 50 years of research and application. 		Bridges assesses and develops 26 cognitive abilities and 17 perceptual skills in three different perceptual areas necessary for learning. We develop the underlying skills necessary in order that students can more easily learn what is taught them in school.
		The success of Bridges can be traced directly to fundamental science: Intelligence is not fixed at birth... Multiple intelligences can be developed... A student's 'teachability' can be nurtured at any age.
